Automation Taipei 2025 | Material-Handling Equipment Booth Design & Build

Overview
Automation Taipei 2025 was held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. The client exhibited material-handling and smart logistics equipment, and Vision Design handled booth design and on-site build.

Design Strategy
The equipment is large and needs live operation, so the booth was kept open. A large white portal serves as the entrance sign, with enough room inside for the machines to run and for people to walk in.

Highlights

▎White portal sign
A large white portal at the entrance carries the company's full name in Chinese and English, visible from far down the aisle.

▎Open equipment display
Handling equipment lines up along the blue flooring with no tall walls around it, so every machine can be seen in operation.

▎Brand reception counter
The white counter carries the company logo and a QR code so buyers can leave their contact details.

Results
The large portal gives the booth a clear entrance and strong recognition, and the open space lets large equipment run live, so visitors are willing to walk in.
